- I am a woman with a husband and 2 beautiful kids. I have a circle of amazing friends that inspire me and encourage me. I have a degree in Linguistics and have worked for a sub-sandwich shop, The Broadway, First Interstate Bank and IBM! Only one of which is still in business! I still wonder what I'm going to be when I grow up and I hope to find out before my kids go to college! I am a Peetnik. I must have Peets coffee everyday or I can't function.

Those pretty flowers are currently blooming at the Carlsbad Flower Fields!
Whenever I drive by that field, I always think about stopping. Maybe next time, I'll stop and make snow-angles in the daffodils, skip, and twirl.
